About Ruby

In Ruby’s first ever race in 2019, she took 2nd, highlighting her natural talent for the sport. After the Covid disruption in 2020, Ruby finished 3rd in the British Cycling National Youth Circuit Championships and had several other Top 10s in national level racing.

2022 was a challenging year with illness and injury but Ruby still managed to score some notable results with 2nd on Stage 2 in the Youth Tour of Scotland and winning the Isle of Man Criterium Champs and the TLI National Road Race Champs to round off the season

“I hope to be able to help the older girls in the team in 2023 to ensure they progress their careers so whether I’m racing to support or racing to win I’m looking forward to it. Having been on the British Cycling Foundation in 2022 it’s also important I help my teammates reach their goals too and give them confidence.”
