Lives: Cardiff, Wales
Years Racing: 10
When not cycling: Sleeping and walking my dogs
Favourite place to ride: Cwmcarn forest drive
Best cycling memory: Representing Wales at the UK School Games
I started riding my bike at the age of 4, on the Isle Of Man with RL360 and loved riding and racing around the National Sports Centre and getting a lollipop at the end!! In 2013 we moved back to Wales and I quickly joined Maindy Flyers, starting on track bikes. I didn’t start racing road bikes until I was 10.
I competed with Maindy Flyers for 10 years, achieving podiums and gaining lots of experience. After crashing in a race and having three operations to repair me, I worked hard to get back to full fitness so I was able to race again. I decided I wanted to progress onto a race team and am proud and pleased to be representing JRC Interflon. I am in a race team with the best people and I have made more new friends!
“In the 2023 race season I am really looking forward to seeing how I will progress as a rider. I am excited to see what good results I get this year, especially track national champs in July and aiming for a podium. And overall representing JRC”
