Cycling has always been a huge part in Bethany’s life as her Dad competed when he was younger and now still rides and encourages Beth to do the same.
After starting with Towy riders at the age of 8, Beth quickly built confidence and started racing weekend cross races. This led to wanting to race on the road which led to competition across the UK and Europe to race, becoming Welsh champion 2x road, 1x track and 2x cyclocross.
After starting with JRC at the end of 2021 Beth found herself building more confidence as a first year junior even with some illness and injuries she still managed to get some great results abroad and in the UK.
“ I am really excited for 2023 with an amazing group of girls and a good race calendar. I’m hoping for some good results and also give some advice to the younger girls who are still first years. I’m also looking forward to working as a team and providing my experience of racing abroad and in the UK”
